1. Delivery Coverage
EastVogue currently offers shipping across India, subject to the availability and reach of our partnered logistics and courier services. We are continuously expanding our serviceable locations, and updates will be reflected accordingly.
At this time, international shipping is not available. Orders placed with a delivery address outside of India will not be processed.
2. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), subject to product availability, quality checks, and payment confirmation.
You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been processed and dispatched, along with a tracking link where applicable.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery timeline may vary based on your location, product type, and courier partner. The following are general estimates:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that these timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, natural disasters, public holidays, or courier disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. EastVogue may offer free shipping on selected products, cart values, or during promotional campaigns.
All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes as per the laws of India.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be sent to your registered email or phone number. You may use this information to track the status of your shipment on the respective courier partner’s website.

6. Failed Deliveries
In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or other reasons attributable to the customer, the courier may reattempt delivery as per their internal policy. If delivery fails repeatedly, the product may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, we may contact you to confirm the address or initiate a re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery depending on the circumstances.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered with or physically damaged, you are advised to refuse delivery and immediately notify us at contact@eastvogue.shop with photos and order details. We will coordinate with the shipping partner and initiate an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund, as deemed suitable.
8. Delays Beyond Control
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, EastVogue shall not be held liable for any delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural calamities, strikes, transport disruptions, accidents, or government restrictions.
9. Change of Address
Requests for a change in delivery address must be made within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier). Once an order is dispatched, the address cannot be modified.
