Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from EastVogue may be returned and refunds issued. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated herein.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns shall be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect;
  • The item differs substantially from the description or images displayed on the product page;
  • The return request is initiated within 3 calendar days of receiving the product;
  • The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, and invoice intact.

Products will not be eligible for return in the following cases:

  • If the item is a part of a sale, discounted, or final clearance offer;
  • If the product is a custom-printed, personalized, or made-to-order item;
  • If the return request is raised after the 3-day return window;
  • If the product is found to be used, tampered with, washed, or damaged by the customer.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, the customer must send an email to contact@eastvogue.shop with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photographs of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
  • Unboxing video (if applicable or requested by support)

Once the return request is reviewed and approved by our team, a pickup will be scheduled through our logistics partner. The customer is expected to securely repack the product for return.

Please note: Returns must be handed over to the courier partner within the timeline provided during scheduling. If pickup is missed or denied, the return may be cancelled.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor. If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may issue a store credit or request bank details for NEFT transfer.

In case the returned item fails the inspection or is found to be used or tampered with, no refund shall be processed, and the item may be returned to the customer at their own cost.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences;
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier/logistics partners;
  • Customer’s change of mind after the order has been shipped or delivered;
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without valid reason.

5. Exchange Policy

At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers seeking a different size or variant may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Cancellation vs. Return

Customers may refer to our Cancellation Policy if they wish to cancel an order before dispatch. Returns are only applicable once the product is delivered.
