Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which a customer may request to cancel an order placed through our Website. By placing an order on EastVogue, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a) Time Frame for Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed and dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Cancellation requests received after this window may not be accepted, as the order may already be in the process of fulfillment or dispatched to the logistics partner.

b) Mode of Cancellation Request

To initiate a cancellation, customers must send an email to contact@eastvogue.shop with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order ID
  • Registered Email or Phone Number
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Once verified, we will confirm the cancellation via email and initiate a refund if applicable.

2. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

Cancellation requests will not be entertained under the following conditions:

  • If the order has already been shipped or dispatched;
  • If the product was purchased during a sale, clearance, or limited-time offer;
  • If the product is a part of a customized or made-to-order item;
  • If the product has been marked “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the product page.

3. Refund on Cancelled Orders

If the order is successfully cancelled within the permitted timeframe, and no item has been dispatched, a full refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is applicable. However, no charges shall apply in this case either.

4. Order Cancellation by EastVogue

EastVogue reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Unavailability of product(s);
  • Payment failure or incomplete transaction;
  • Inaccurate or unverifiable shipping/billing details;
  • Suspected fraudulent activity;
  • Force majeure events affecting inventory, system errors, or logistics issues.

In such cases, the customer will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, wherever applicable.

5. Modification of Orders

Currently, we do not allow modifications to orders once they are placed. If you wish to change the size, color, or address, please cancel the original order within the allowable time and place a fresh order with the desired details.
